There are a few emails associated with your Rhapsody account and this article will go over the various uses for them.
Rhapsody email (username)
Rhapsody calls are sent to musicians from emails using a Rhapsody email domain. Doing this ensures that your calls and communications are tracked so you are able to know when musicians view and respond to your calls.
Your Rhapsody email will consist of a username followed by the @rhapsody.la domain.
Anytime a musician responds to a call, it is tracked through your Rhapsody email. All tracking information, such as when calls are sent and have been viewed, will appear in your Rhapsody account.
Contractor email
The contractor email is your personal or work email that you use to communicate with your musicians/organization. It is the email that musicians will need to use if they want to get in contact with you directly.
The Contractor email should be an account that you already use for your contracting and ensemble management needs, as any additional communications regarding Rhapsody messages will be sent to this email.
Login email
Your login email is the email used to sign in to your Rhapsody account. When you set up your account, your Login email will be the same as your contractor email, but this can be changed at any time.

How should my musicians contact me directly?
Musicians receive their communications from you through email. While all Rhapsody communications are sent from you Rhapsody email, you are not able to receive messages in this email.
There are a few ways musicians can contact you, all of which will be sent to your Contractor email.
Option 1: Replying to a Rhapsody email
A musician can simply reply to their Rhapsody communication in an email to contact you directly. Through this option, their message will automatically be rerouted to be sent to your Contractor email, and NOT your Rhapsody email.
Option 2: Contacting you directly
At the bottom of all Rhapsody communications is a section that directs musicians to your Contractor email and phone number, should they need to contact you directly.
By listing your contractor email at the bottom of each communication, musicians are able to contact you outside of the scope of Rhapsody, should they need to. We do this to make sure no communication is ever lost.
