During its lifecycle, a single communication navigates from stage to stage until its termination. There are 8 possible stages:
Invited
On Hold
Accepted
Declined
Remind
Reminded
Cancel
Cancelled
A communication won’t flow to all stages. For example the Cancel/Cancelled stages are only there if the needed.
There are only 2 ways a communication can progress from one stage to another:
- Manual action, triggered by you, the contractor
When you decide to remind your accepted musicians for example. - The musician has interacted with the communication they received.
When they accept an invite for example.
Each stage has a label, a color and an icon. Your hiring page will show you these markers to instantly identify the current status of communication with a musician:
This workflow is designed to be completely transparent for both the contractor and the musician. Rhapsody handles all of the details in the background, and each communication will always follow a precise path.
When you hit the Notify Musician button, Rhapsody will always make sure to only show the next stages where it makes sense for musicians to go to, keeping you away from any mistakes.
Your communication with your musicians will always be consistent, professional and reliable. Your team is going to it !
